Chaga Cinnamon Hot Chocolate
Pair this recipe with Thai Chicken Soup, Chestnut and Tofu Dumplings and Gingerbread Fat Bombs for a hearty and healthy winter warm-up!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup boiling water
- 1 tsp chaga powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 coconut milk
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp raw honey
Instructions
- Steep chaga powder in boiling water for a few minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients to a small pan and heat on the stove until steaming.
- Add mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with a few of your fave toppings, a dash of cinnamon, or even a sprinkle of coconut flakes!
