INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
- 1 c unsweetened milk or milk alternative
- 1½ tsp natural creamy peanut butter
- ¾ c blueberries (or use 1 frozen banana for a thicker shake)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds (whole or ground)
