This mocktail makes two servings and is a refreshing non-alcoholic alternative that goes down easy while relaxing in the sunshine. Add a dose of your favourite herbal tincture for additional chill-out benefits. Kava, lemon balm, and passionflower can calm the nervous system in a similar way to those adult beverages (without the risk of hangover!!).
Green Mocktail Mojito
Ingredients
- 1 cup sparkling mineral water
- 20 fresh mint leaves
- 3 limes, juiced
- 1 tsp kava, lemon balm, or passionflower tincture (optional)
- A splash of green juice
- Sliced lemons and cucumber, to garnish
Instructions
- Add mint leaves, lemon juice, tincture, and green juice to a glass jar or cocktail shaker, and gently muddle, using a muddler or back of a spoon.
- Pour in sparkling water and swirl, then distribute between two glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with lemons and cucumbers, serve, and enjoy!
