She's a serial eco-entrepreneur who runs Honestly Modern, a site focused on eco-friendly living for families as well as WasteWell, a company through which she provides local curbside composting services and educational resources for at-home composters. Jessica Purcell

Jessica PurcellJessica Purcell, the founder of Thoughtfully Sustainable, is a Chemistry teacher turned stay-at-home mom who is passionate about making the science of sustainability accessible to all learners. She creates simple sustainability science experiments, written in English and Spanish, that can be done at home in an effort to teach students of all ages how interconnected humans are with the rest of the natural world. Jess lives in central Pennsylvania with her husband, two kids, and two cats. Hannah Walton

Antonietta Ferretti

Franziska Shelton

Franzi SheltonGrowing up in the foothills of the Bavarian Alps, former public school teacher Franziska Shelton has been exposed to a Rudolf Steiner inspired pedagogy from an early age on. Some of her most vivid childhood memories include foraging for berries, herbs and mushrooms, acting out fairy tales amongst the ruins of medieval castles, and spending many cold winter days crafting by the fireplace. Based on her upbringing and education, Franziska has always believed that establishing a healthy and holistic home environment is critical in allowing children to freely explore the world around them.
