If you are unhappy with your purchase, and would like to return some or all of your order for a refund, please contact ecoshop@ecoparent.ca with details about which products you would like to return, and the reason(s) why, and you’ll receive acknowledgment of your request, with next steps, within 5 business days. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt with the email. Please ensure that you have carefully reviewed all of the relevant information on this page before submitting your request. Items purchased on sale are considered final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Policy
Unused items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For health, hygienic and safety reasons, no bulk goods, cosmetics or personal hygiene products are eligible for returns or refunds. Return shipping costs must be handled at your own expense.

Lost or Stolen Items
eco+amour is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Orders are hand delivered or mailed through Canada Post, usually with a tracking number. If an order or partial order was taken from your doorstep, please contact the police and/or delivery company directly.
