Spicy Smokey Fish & Veggie Tacos Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 fillet smoked trout
  • 1 poblano pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

For serving

  • Sprouts
  • Avocado
  • Hot sauce
  • Romaine Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Flake fish with a fork and mix with remaining ingredients.
  2. Serve in romaine lettuce leaves topped with avocado and hot sauce.
